Cancel any time. On the Free plan the paid features lock — including the recipe box and any photos beyond your first 30. Locked photos are kept for 60 days (we email you before anything is removed); recipes, events, and stars are always kept.

Questions

Do I need to buy anything?
No. That's the whole idea. It runs in a browser, so any phone, tablet, or laptop you already own works — including an old tablet you'd otherwise have thrown away.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing. Paid features re-lock, and every photo, recipe, event, and star stays exactly where it is. Upgrade again and it all comes straight back.
Is the free plan a trial?
No — it's free forever, with no ads. It has the calendar, chores, stars, rewards, lists, and 30 photos. Plenty of families will never need more than that.
Why is AI only on the top plan?
Because each AI action costs us real money. Pro includes 100 a month per household, which is far more than most families use, and the remaining count is shown in Settings.
